I recently completed half of an art trade transaction with a long time friend, Neal Cuthbert. He visited me and left with two of my paintings and a deal that I would visit his studio and select something to take home with me. This is how I have acquired 90% of the artwork that lives in my home, through trade of gift exchange. Its what you do when you don’t have a lot of disposable income around but have a lot of talented friends in your life.
So, after returning home and thinking about where I was going to place some of Neal’s work, I realized our house (and yard) is full of some great art. And in addition it would be nice to just create a gallery of the different things in their basic natural environment. So here they are in no particular order. This is by no means everything we have collected or swapped for over the years, its mainly what is up and what we have room to display.
